Free Tulips San Francisco 2024. On saturday, march 9th, i attended san francisco’s annual tulip day, also called flower bulb day, downtown in union. The “tulip garden” at union square will open to the public at 1:00 pm and close at 4:30 pm.
Free (the maximum is 15 tulips per person). Tulip day is coming to america!
